FAQs

In order to rent items on the Anya Hindmarch Rental platform you first need to register. At this point we will take you through necessary security checks and you will be invited to create a profile with key account information. As soon as you have registered, you will be free to rent and buy any item of your choice!

Yes we do offer a portion of stock on calendar booking.

To book your item, follow these easy steps:
1. Click on the item
2. Select your size (even if ONE SIZE)
3. Select the duration and you will be served the calendar to choose your dates

You can book 4 weeks in advance of your preferred delivery date.

Any items that are forward booked are removed from sale therefore there are no refunds or changes to your order if you change your mind.

Our standard rental period is currently from 4 days up to 14 days. If you would like to keep an item for longer, please contact our Rental Customer Services team before placing your order at orders@reanyahindmarch.com.

Yes, absolutely! Think of Anya Hindmarch Rental as a place where you can add the perfect accessories to your any outfit or occasion you have coming up.

Anya Hindmarch Rental is a trusted community and as such we expect customers to send items back within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately if an item is returned late, a daily £50 late fee will be charged until the replacement cost of the item has been reached.

The rental rate will be charged at the time of order. This can take up to 24 hrs to process, depending on the selected payment method.

Yes, you can cancel an order right up until the point of dispatch, the next day.
